Tallow delivers the exact lipids your skin barrier needs: oleic, stearic, and palmitic acids.
Its fatty acid structure is almost identical to your own sebum. That means deep compatibility from the first use.
Where are your products made?
Every jar is personally formulated by our founder, a certified functional medicine practioner. The ingredients are sourced almost entirely from Arab farmers and producers.
We work in small batches to preserve purity, potency, and intention.
is your tallow grass-fed and halal?
Yes. We source our Tallow exclusively from grass-fed animals raised on open land and clean feed from one of the most trusted farms in the region. It is halal and officially certified.
Does it smell like beef?
Not at all. Our Tallow is rendered slowly and gently using traditional methods that neutralize any scent, leaving only a clean, natural finish.

Why are your products essential-oil free?
Because essential oils don't belong on your skin.
They're often sold as "natural" or "therapeutic", but applied topically, they can do real harm: skin irritation, burning, sensitivity, even sun damage. These reactions build over time, not always overnight, which makes them harder to trace.

What is i have oily or acne-prone skin?

will it clog my pores or feel greasy?

Some of our formulas also include High Phenolic Olive Oil to help the creams glide smoothly and sink in even faster.

can i use it on my face and around my eyes?
Yes, our Tallow creams are mode for the face.
They're gentle enough to use around the eyes too, as long as you avoid direct contact.
We always recommend doing a quick patch test before trying anything new, especially if your skin is reactive.
When will i start seeing results?

How to Use & Care for Your Cream
Where does tallow fit into my skincare routine?
Tallow can be your skincare routine or elevate the one you already have.
It's rich enough to stand alone, replacing multi-step routines with one deeply nourishing step. But if you already follow a skincare ritual you love, Tallow works beautifully as your final layer, sealing in moisture, calming the skin, and repairing overnight.
Whether it's your only step or your last step, it meets your skin where it needs to be.
How much should i use and how long will one jar last?
Because our Creams are waterless and highly concentrated, a little is truly enough. Most women need just a small pea-sized amount to cover the face, neck, and chest and that amount varies by skin type. Oily skin will need even less.
Take a small amount, warm it between your finger tips, and gently press or massage it into clean skin.
One jar typically lasts around two months with consistent morning and evening face use.
What's the shelf life and how should i store it?
Because our Tallow Creams are waterless and naturally stable, they stay fresh for up to 6 months after opening.
Store your jar in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and below 30^C. No need to refrigerate. Just make sure no water gets in, use dry hands always, to keep it as safe and effective as the day you opened it.
Why does the texture change between seasons?
Because Tallow is a natural, saturated fat, it responds to temperature just like coconut oil. In winter, your Cream may feel firmer. In Summer, it softens and glides more easily.
This is normal, no change in quality, only nature doing what it does.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently deliver across Lebanon, with plans to expand into the MENA region soon.
When will i receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days across Lebanon.
What's your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damages, contact us within 48 hours with your order number, photos, and a description. If approved, you'll receive store credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What if i have a skin reaction?
If you experience any irritation, stop using the product immediately. You can reach out to us to let us know, we may be able to help. Always patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin. If you have any known allergies, consult your doctor before trying anything new. If the reaction is serious, seek medical attention.
