These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website (“Site”) and the purchase of products offered by Mirath Beauty (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, purchasing from us, or otherwise engaging with our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to make a purchase.
1.2 By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet the legal age requirement under applicable Lebanese law and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Product Information and Use

2.1 We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However, we do not warrant that such information is free from typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
2.2 Our skincare products are for external use only.
2.3 Customers are solely responsible for reading all ingredient lists and ensuring that they are not allergic or sensitive to any component.

3. Medical Disclaimer

3.1 Our products and any related content on the Site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
3.2 Information provided is for general educational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice.
3.3 Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any skincare product, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have pre-existing conditions, or are undergoing medical treatment.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
4.2 Prices are listed in $USD and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, as indicated.
4.3 Payment must be made in full before products are dispatched.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the Site, but we do not guarantee delivery dates.
5.2 Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs delays, courier issues, and force majeure events.
5.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery to the provided address.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items, except where required by law.
6.2 In cases of damaged or defective products, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing proof of damage.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Lebanese law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Reactions, allergies, or adverse effects caused by product use.   

7.2 Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the Site, including logos, trademarks, product names, descriptions, designs, and photographs, is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

الشروط والأحكام

١. المقدمة
تسري هذه الشروط والأحكام ("الشروط") على جميع عمليات الشراء والاستخدام للمنتجات والخدمات المقدمة من قبل ميراث بيوتي ("الشركة"، "نحن"، أو "لنا") عبر موقعنا الإلكتروني. باستخدامك لهذا الموقع أو شرائك منتجاتنا، فإنك ("المستهلك") توافق صراحةً على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.

٢. الأهلية
يجب أن يكون المستهلك قد أتم الثامنة عشرة من عمره أو أكثر لإجراء عمليات شراء من موقعنا. عند إتمام عملية الشراء، فإنك تقر بأنك تستوفي هذا الشرط.

٣. المنتجات والاستخدام
جميع منتجاتنا معدّة للاستخدام الخارجي فقط، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. تقع مسؤولية التأكد من ملاءمة المنتج لك على المستهلك، بما في ذلك إجراء اختبار حساسية قبل الاستخدام.

٤. عدم تقديم ضمانات
على الرغم من أننا نلتزم بأعلى معايير الجودة، فإننا لا نقدم أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية بشأن النتائج، ولا نضمن أن المنتج سيلبي توقعاتك أو احتياجاتك الخاصة.

٥. الاستشارات الطبية
لا تُعد المعلومات أو المنتجات المقدمة بديلاً عن الاستشارة الطبية المتخصصة. يُنصح المستهلك دائماً باستشارة طبيب أو مختص قبل استخدام أي منتج، خصوصاً في حالة الحمل أو الإرضاع أو وجود حالة طبية معروفة.

٦. الطلبات والدفع
تُقبل الطلبات عبر الموقع الإلكتروني فقط بعد تأكيد الدفع الكامل. نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأي سبب، بما في ذلك الأخطاء في التسعير أو توفر المخزون.

٧. الشحن والتسليم
تُقدَّم أوقات الشحن لأغراض تقديرية فقط. نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي تأخير في الشحن ناتج عن عوامل خارجة عن إرادتنا.

٨. الاسترجاع والاستبدال
نظرًا لطبيعة منتجاتنا، لا نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال إلا في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي مثبت. يجب على المستهلك اعلامنا بالعيب كتابيا خلال ٤٨ ساعة من استلام المنتج.

٩. المسؤولية القانونية
إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل الشركة أو موظفوها أو وكلاؤها أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية تنشأ عن أو ترتبط باستخدام المنتجات أو عدم القدرة على استخدامها. وفي جميع الأحوال، لا يجوز أن تتجاوز أي مسؤولية أو تعويض تدفعه الشركة للمستهلك المبلغ الذي دفعه المستهلك فعليًا مقابل المنتج موضوع المطالبة.

١٠. القانون الواجب التطبيق والاختصاص القضائي
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقًا لقوانين الجمهورية اللبنانية. وتختص محاكم بيروت حصرياً بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

١١. تعديل الشروط
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. يسري أي تعديل فور نشره على الموقع، ويعتبر استمرار المستهلك في استخدام الموقع أو شراء المنتجات موافقةً على الشروط المعدلة
